I am writing this to warn other pet owners about the care at Nashua Pet Care Clinic. My beloved dog, King, was a patient here, and I feel his life was cut short due to gross negligence and substandard care. I trusted this clinic with King’s life, but they failed him at every turn. They spent time treating him for a 'cough' and a 'sensitive palate' while completely ignoring a visible mass near his testicles. Because they failed to perform a proper physical exam or follow basic diagnostic procedures, his actual condition—Lymphoma T-cell—was not detected until it was too late. I believe that if they had simply investigated the mass I could clearly see, King would have had a fighting chance. Please be warned: their prices may be low, but the cost of their substandard care is the life of your pet. I deeply regret trusting them, and I urge anyone who loves their animal to go elsewhere for medical attention. The remodel is looking very good, the service and price still very good. (HEY, THIS IS JUST A REVIEW- I DON'T WORK THERE)
